What forms of payments do you accept...can I pay with Cash or American Express?
I accept valid American Express, Discover, MasterCard (debit & credit) and Visa (debit & credit). Sorry, no cash or personal cheques.
No sales tax is applied if you reside outside of Canada.
When will I be charged?
Upon Checkout you will be charged for your order. It’s not possible to delay payment until an item has shipped.
How much does shipping cost? How long will it take for my order to arrive?
As soon as your order is placed, I’ll need 1-3 days to prepare your print for the journey to you.
Due to the limited nature of the prints, I’ll be shipping orders using Canada Post’s Expedited Parcel service. Once your order ships, I’ll send you an email with a link to track your order.
Delivery standards: GTA/ 1 day, Regional/ 1 to 3 days, National/ 3 to 7 days.
When you’re placing your order, please select carefully between these options.
Prints - Express (within Ontario) - $8.50
Prints - Express (across Canada) - $12.50
US Tracked Package (6 Business Days) - $15.75
3. REFUNDS AND RETURNS
What is your return policy?
I understand that purchasing online can be difficult. Should you change your mind, you can return the Art Print back to me in its original condition (unopened) within 21 days of the date you received it, and I will issue a full refund for the amount charged to your card. Returns must be sent via a service that can be tracked such as Canada Post’s Xpresspost, as I cannot refund prints which are lost in transit. Unfortunately, the cost of postage cannot be reimbursed.
Is your website secure?
Absolutely. Website security is taken very seriously and the latest industry-standard SSL(secure socket layer) encryption is used to protect your personal information. Please note the small pad-lock icon in the locked position that will appear in the lower-right or upper-right corner of your browser during the checkout process.
You can rest assured that your personal information will never be rented, sold or shared with any third party. In order to process your order, there are two exceptions to this:
1. Shipping information: In order to send you your print, your shipping address will be shared with Canada Post.
2. Billing information: In order to accept your payment, your credit card information will be fully encrypted and shared with the credit card processor, Stripe.
These two exceptions are completely normal and necessary for any transactions to take place on any website where a product is being sold. The information remains safe and secure during processing.
